Privacy Policy

 

This policy describes the information that I collect when you use my services and how I will collect and store any personal/sensitive date. Since May 2018 all therapists practising in the UK must comply with the new data protection regime of the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.

I will be keeping your personal data in an organized and secure form; I will ask for your written consent to do this under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 via my Practice Agreement Contract. Personal data refers to your name, address, telephone numbers, email address, date of birth and GP’s details for the purpose of routine administration and communication between us.

 

This includes brief clinical notes referring to treatment and supervision. I will respect and protect your privacy at all times, all personal data is stored in a confidential and encrypted manner.

Submitting an Enquiry

Any ​personally identifiable information entered into the submission form, will only be used to contact you in regards to your enquiry. I will not share your personal data with any third-party.
